1. When is Refund Applicable?

A full refund is only possible in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • You received a wrong size
  • The item is not available after you have made an advance payment

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal dislike, or fitting issues caused by incorrect selection.


2. Refund Process:

  • The customer must inform Shooo.pk within 7 days of receiving the parcel
  • Refund is only processed after the returned item is received and inspected by Shooo.pk
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered


3. Refund Method:

  • Once the returned parcel is approved, the refund amount will be transferred via:
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    • Bank Transfer

Refunds may take 2 to 5 working days to process after parcel approval.


4. Important Notes:

  • No refunds are issued without prior approval
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is on Shooo.pk end
  • If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, no refund will be processed
