Return and Exchange Policy

At Shooo.pk, we value our customers and aim to deliver the best preloved branded shoes. Please carefully read our Return & Exchange Policy before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility:

We only accept Return or Exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Delivered

  • Wrong Size Delivered

Note:
If the customer faces a size fitting issue due to their own selection mistake, Return or Exchange may be allowed only once, under the condition that the customer bears the full packaging and return shipping cost.

2. Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Request for Return/Exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The shoes must be returned in the same condition as delivered — unused, undamaged, and with original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our support via WhatsApp [03390809004] for approval.

  2. Once approved, the customer must send the product to Shooo.pk return address at their own cost:

  1. For fitting issues caused by the customer’s own size selection, an additional packaging/handling cost will also apply (details will be shared during the approval process).

4. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange is only possible for the wrong size/item delivered by Shooo.pk.

  • In case of customer’s own size fitting issue, exchange may be granted after paying the required packaging and shipping charges.

5. Refund & Payment Release Policy

  • Refund / Exchange Value: If a product is accepted for return according to Shooo.pk’s policy, the value of the shoes will be refunded or exchanged.

  • Condition Requirement: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. If the product does not meet these requirements, the return/exchange will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.

  • Inspection First: No refund, exchange, or replacement will be issued until the product has been properly inspected by Shooo.pk.

    6. Important Notes:

    • No returns/exchanges without prior approval.

    • Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

    • Shooo.pk reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not meet the policy terms.
