Return & Exchange Policy

At Shooo.pk, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality preloved branded shoes. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Wrong size delivered

Customer Size Selection Note

If a customer selects the wrong size themselves and faces a fitting issue, return or exchange may be allowed only once, under the following conditions:

  • Customer will bear full return shipping cost

  • Additional packaging / handling charges will apply


2. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Shoes must be returned in the same condition as delivered:

    • Unused

    • Undamaged

    • With original packaging

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted


3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp: 0339-0809004 for approval

  2. After approval, the customer must send the product at their own cost to:

Shooo.pk – Returns Department
(Return address details will be shared after approval)

  1. For customer-side size mistakes, extra packaging and handling charges will be informed during approval

⚠️ No return or exchange will be accepted without prior approval


4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is guaranteed only if Shooo.pk delivers the wrong item or wrong size

  • In case of customer size selection error, exchange may be approved after payment of:

    • Return shipping charges

    • Packaging / handling charges


5. Refund & Delivery Charges Policy

  • Refund Amount:
    Only the price of the shoes will be refunded once the return is approved.

  • Standard Delivery Charges:
    A fixed delivery charge of Rs. 250 is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount in all return cases.

  • Free Delivery / Discounted Orders:
    If the order was delivered with free delivery, discount, or special offer, and the customer returns the product,
    Rs. 250 delivery charges will still be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • Inspection Mandatory:
    No refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed until the returned product has been properly inspected by Shooo.pk.

  • Condition Check:
    If the returned item is found used, damaged, or incomplete, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer.


6. Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances

  • No return/exchange without prior approval

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items will not be accepted

  • Shooo.pk reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on policy compliance
