- Standard Delivery is 250 for all orders.

- If the customer opts for the “Open Parcel” service, an advance payment of Rs. 250 is required before dispatch.
3. Delivery Time:

- Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

- Delivery time may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
4. Open Parcel Option:

- By default, parcels cannot be opened before payment.

- However, if the customer wishes to open the parcel before payment, they must pay Rs. 250 in advance at the time of order placement.
5. Multiple Orders:

- For customers placing multiple orders, combined shipping is available.

- Multiple items in one order will be shipped together without additional shipping charges.
6. Delivery Attempts:

- The courier company will make delivery attempts as per their own policy and schedule.

- Shooo.pk does not control or guarantee the number of delivery attempts.
7. Holidays & Off Days:

- No deliveries are made on public holidays or Sundays.

- Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next working day.
8. Shipping Responsibility:

- Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, they are fully responsible for its timely and safe delivery.
