Since we deal in authentic branded preloved shoes, sizes may vary slightly from brand to brand (like Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc.). That’s why we recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters (CM) for best accuracy.

How to Measure Your Foot

Follow these 4 easy steps to find your foot length in CM:

      1. Place a sheet of paper on a flat surface (like the floor).

      1. Put your foot flat on the paper and stand straight.

      1. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.

      1. Measure the distance between the two points in centimeters (CM).

    However, we understand that mistakes or fitting issues can happen. Here’s how we handle returns:

    If the Mistake is From Shooo.pk:

    If we accidentally send you the wrong size, pair, or product,
    We’ll arrange a free exchange or refund at our expense.

    If the Product is Correct, But Doesn’t Fit You:

    If the shoes delivered are exactly the same brand, size, and condition as shown/listed,
    but they don’t fit well (due to size or brand fitting difference),
    We can offer an exchange, only if stock is available, but:

    You will need to pay for:

        • Return delivery to Shooo.pk

        • Delivery + packing charges for sending the exchanged pair

      What We Cannot Accept:

          • Returns for shoes that have been worn or damaged

          • Size issues without any valid proof of mismatch
