1. Products:
- Shooo.pk offers authentic preloved branded shoes.
- Since products are preloved, minor signs of use may be present; these are clearly shown and described in product images and descriptions.
- No warranty is offered on any products.
2. Pricing:
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Discounts and offers are subject to stock availability and can be modified anytime.
3. Orders:
- Orders are confirmed only after direct confirmation via call or WhatsApp with the customer.
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
4. Payment:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
- “Open Parcel” option is not available by default.
However, if the customer chooses the “Open Parcel” service, they must pay Rs. 250 in advance before the parcel is dispatched. - Shooo.pk reserves the right to request full or partial advance payment for certain orders.
5. Delivery:
- Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and courier service efficiency.
- Shooo.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Loss & Damage:
- Once the parcel is dispatched, the courier company holds full responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.
- Shooo.pk ensures proper packaging before handing over the parcel to the courier.
7. Return & Exchange:
- Return & Exchange is governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy (see the dedicated page).
- No return/exchange requests are accepted without prior approval.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the wrong item or size was delivered by Shooo.pk.
- In case of size fitting issues caused by customer’s own selection, exchange may be allowed under specific conditions (including packaging/handling charges).
8. Intellectual Property:
- All website content (logos, product images, text) is the property of Shooo.pk and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- Shooo.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law:
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistan law and the courts of Pakistan.
11. Miscellaneous:
- Shooo.pk currently does not offer international shipping.
- No minimum order value is required to place an order.
